Orders: The online sales interface is open to all users, both professionals and individuals. You must place an order and make the payment on this site for the order to be effective. We do not accept payments by phone.
Item Availability: A product may no longer be in stock even though it still appears on the website. We produce many items on demand. As we have a relatively flexible cutting technique, we may stop using certain colors based on inspiration and trends. If we encounter a stock issue, each customer is informed by email or phone and on their customer account. A solution is proposed: exchange of colors, models, or immediate refund.
Prices: The prices shown in EUR are deemed inclusive of VAT, excluding shipping costs. They can be changed at any time without notice, knowing that the items will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is placed. We try to calculate prices as fairly as possible, which is sometimes difficult! Products are sold in compliance with applicable provisions for imported products from abroad, depending on the nature of the item concerned. The price is payable in full and in a single payment when ordering. All orders are invoiced in euros or Swiss francs and payable in euros or Swiss francs. For any delivery outside Switzerland and France, any customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery: Orders are delivered to the delivery address you provide, which may be different from the billing address. The delivery time includes the order preparation time and the shipping time. The average time is 5 to 10 days. We ship orders according to demand up to several times a week, often daily during the high season. Therefore, the displayed delivery times are indicative but not strict, and the workshop cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays. We do our best with what can be done and inform of any delays that may occur. We do not take responsibility for any delay due to a strike, bad weather, a carrier who cannot find his way, an incorrect name on a mailbox, a doorbell, or an error in the delivery address.
Warranty and Order Returns: The supplied items are crafted in our workshop, and defective pieces are removed. Orders are carefully prepared and packaged. We replace defective products that have escaped our vigilance and missing products, but we do not take responsibility for damage due to transport. In accordance with Article L 121-6 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from the delivery of their order to return the product(s) to our postal address for exchange or refund without penalty.
